Comprehensive modernization of the AERCON plant
in the USA, including complete replacement of the vertical cutting line (block cutting in vertical position/ tilted technology ) manufactured by Ytong (Germany) with a horizontal cutting line (block cutting in horizontal position/ flat cake technology ) supplied by Aircrete Europe. Additionally, partial replacement of peripheral equipment was carried out, including conveyors, manipulators and other equipment.
The project involved extensive work, starting from initial technical investigations, project planning and modernization preparation. Site management from inception to the launch of finished product production.
